Lagging issue in battery saver mode

Does anyone facing lagging issue in battery saver mode!? Everything lagging and UI keep crashing

I did. Still UI crashing when it's going to battery savermode.

Wiping cache partition has worked for mine. Major improvement

I've noticed that there is a lot of lag when switching between power saving mode for a few seconds, but i've never had the UI crash before.
