Issues with signing in on webpage

I'm trying to sign in to the Samsung Members webpage. I keep getting a page that says to update the Samsung Account app. When I click on the provided link, it takes me to the Galaxy Store, but it says the app is up to date. It doesn't even let me log in, it says no account exists with that ID yet I'm signed into my S24 Ultra with it lol. Has anyone had this issue and knows of a fix? I've tried updating the Samsung Account app with the APK for it, but it keeps saying not installed.

Hello @Robbie_R,

That's weird, please also send an error report through Samsung Members app if that is working for you so that the developers can take a look at the logs. I will also pass this forward.

Thanks, Anna. I've sent an error report through the Samsung Members app. It's strange im I'm logged in there, but it won't log me in on the web browser, I get the error I mentioned. Thanks again for your help.
