Hi, when I swipe up on the home screen to see all my apps, I can't swipe right to find the app I want anymore. I have to scroll through all the apps one by one until I find it.

Click the three dots (top left), then click Sort Order and set it to Custom Order

Please try the suggestion above — go to the app drawer, tap the three-dot menu, and set Sort order to Custom order. This should restore the swipe navigation between pages. If the issue still persists after changing this setting, please let us know via the Samsung Members app.
