I purchased phone 7 months ago now battery totally rubbish drain quickly maximum use 3 hours internal. Please help me . Is there any way can I get refund it .

Hey there

Before you start to consider asking for a repair you need to check if you're battery settings are the issue.

@lminvti can you please share the battery refresh code for the OP please. (don't have it to hand).

NOTE you'll need to use the Samsung Phone App to input the code.

Secondly you need to understand what you are doing that results in such weak battery....

In answer to your question about a refund, you've had your device for 7 months so Samsung will not refund.

If the above steps don't resolve the matter, they may arrange a replacement battery for your device.

Hi @sam242p

As following @Piper123 mentioned Try opening phones dialer (make sure auto blocker turned off and using default samsungs phone app) type *#9900# scroll down until you see batterystats reset press on it and exit restart your phone.

Also please check what apps draining most of the phones battery, put unused apps to sleep, uninstall and reinstall apps who drains most battery.

Try wipe cache partition, also would suggest to perform forum search as you might find a lot of similar posts about this.
