@amitmahay unfortunately to roll back to the previous version you need to use Smart Switch on a computer (laptop or PC).
After withdrawing connect your smartphone to your PC and through Smart Switch software, go back to an earlier version of the One UI by selecting Downgrade. In this process you will be able to restore the backup you made previously.
However recall that last year the downgrade option was not available immediately early in the Beta.

Hi @amitmahay,
To withdraw from the Beta programme, you must apply for withdrawal through Samsung Members application on your device (Settings > One UI Beta Programme status > "Withdraw" menu).
To perform a rollback to the previous version of the system you need to use the Smart Switch PC Version on your computer. The rollback resets the device and removes data generated during beta testing.
