GOOGLE WALLET & SECURITY ENCRYPTION

Following last week's Samsung OS update, my GW has ceased working and will no longer allow NFC payments as my phone doesNOT meet the required security encryption!

Qnyone else having the same issues? I've reported it (and requested an escalation) to BOTH Google and Samsung Tech support. 

This occurred 3 weeks ago too, and was resolved following a further Samsung and Google update.

Please 🙏 - this is asked EVERY time.

Google Wallet & Google Pay are not certified for each beta release.
If they work ..... That's a bonus, but expect them NOT to work till end of beta (it did warn you of this on the beta sign-up page)

I can confirm that Google Wallet app may not work with Beta software version. Payments with Google Wallet will work as usual when stable version of software is released. If you would like to continue using contactless payments during Beta Programme, you can still use Samsung Wallet instead of Google Wallet
