Generating error reports

How long does it normally take to create and upload the error log. 30 minutes and said can't error report. Did this twice before I gave up.

I had a bit of trouble at first too, I don't know what I did, but eventually a message popped up asking to give samsung members permission to generate log files, then it started working

this process can take up to several minutes. When reporting an error, it is important to remember to attach a system log files within 2-3 minutes immediately after the error occurs and do not delete it for another 5 minutes to ensure the log is submitted. 😊
