I keep getting this message every time I access the gallery app
Don't know why or what it means
I haven't copied anything

I don't use Samsung Gallery app, but I've just opened it and it's fine on mine. Maybe do the usual cache clearing etc?

You can try to clear cache of the Gallery app and restart your phone.
If that doesn't help, please report the problem via the Samsung Members app so that our developers can analyze it .

This happened to me all the time until I began to clear my clipboard of anything I'd copied and pasted. If you do that before you go to your gallery, it no longer has that message. I can only assume that the gallery app is essentially spying on anything from your clipboard.
