Hey I am trying to redeem my 12month Disney+ on S21 however it won't let me just keeps going round and round. Has anyone else had problems. I know am eligible had emails to confirm it 😑

Yes, I'm the same. I log in to my account (as mentioned in step 2) but every link simply takes me back to the 4 step process page. Frustrating!

I cant even get to select disney+ screen is blank. Just dont want it running out before I can redeem it

Me too, I click the link to log in then it brings me back to the same info page then around and around we go

Hello @taraorkennedy,

Have you tried clearing the app cache (Settings > Apps > select app > Storage > Clear cache) and start the redemption process again? Perhaps this will help. 🤞

Yeah cleared it but still no joy. I can sign up for everything but Disney+
