Android 12 wont seem to let me use my contactless pay in app says its the software any ideas?

Beta does not have security certificate so it won't let you use contactless.

There have been several posts about this already. Google Pay doesn't work for the reason given by Stonecold65, but Samsung Pay works for lots of people, myself included.
Always worth a search of topics in case you're worry has already been asked and answered 👍🏻

Samsung pay works as I'm using myself but Google pay doesn't, the latter doesn't work on beta

Earlier, during the Beta Program, Google Pay app was not functional. However, this time it is possible that the situation will change - currently, some responsible people are trying to make it work also during the Beta.

In the meantime, I recommend you to use the Samsung Pay app 😉. Google Pay app will certainly be working in the official version of the software.

Hi MartynaK. Hope your well. Could you possibly tell us if we are getting beta 3 today in the UK please? Samsung did confirm we would get beta 3 this week but only Korea has it.

Indeed there were plans to release the third Beta version but unfortunately during the Beta testing some errors were found 😔. The third Beta version will be released as soon as the bugs are fixed.

Can I be blunt (not in a horrible way) and just say, isn't that what beta software is all about though? Also there's been errors and bugs on betas 1 and 2 but those were released.

Maybe the bugs that were found is more severe than your every day minor bug. They know best and will release when suitable I suppose.
I too am waiting excitedly for it and hopefully it arrives soon.

Well it's out now anyway
