Hi @Tariq_786 I am definitely on the official Android 13 after participating in the Beta,Build no starts TP1A and Baseband Version G998BXXU5DVJA.
If indeed on stable Android 13 could Reboot, force close , update if applicable , clear Data/cache, Reinstall app. More information here (says Google pay but now Google Wallet) https://www.getdroidtips.com/android-13-google-wallet-not-working/
Should be on Android 13 by now but if not by any chance could try Smart Switch.

Tried all you have suggested, un installed Google Wallet, also cleared cache & data to no avail.
Soon as I enter the CVC number in Google Wallet, it says your device does not meet security requirements.
Very frustrating.
