Hello, what percentage drops do you get with overnight idle as am getting 11% drop from midnight to 10 am, during the day I also get 17% drop from 10 am to 9 pm, device was not even recieving calls. Though I was in a low network area with network set to 3g.

A few things you can try to reduce battery drain:

  • Enable power-saving mode to limit background activity.

  • Check which apps use the most battery while idle and restrict their background activity.

  • Limit background sync for email, calendar, or social apps.

  • Keep your device updated to the latest software for performance and battery optimizations.

  • Use Wi-Fi whenever possible, as it consumes less power than a weak 3G signal.

If the high drain continues, consider reporting it via the Samsung Members app and include battery usage logs. This helps the support team investigate the issue more effectively.
