Battery cycle count

Is anyone else's battery cycle count looking weird? Mine is saying 301379. That can't be right, surely? Or am I getting confused on what battery cycle count actually is.

That's certainly an impressive number 😶 What usually happens is that a software glitch or a mis‑read from the battery‑stats service reports an inflated value. The reading itself isn’t harmful, but it can be confusing.

You can try to restart the phone - a simple reboot often clears temporary stats errors. If the number remains absurdly high, consider filing a bug report via the Samsung Members app so the engineering team can investigate further.
