On Google Play or Samsung Store? I don't have this problem but I always wipe the cache partition after each update. Not sure if the apps themselves might have some compatibility problems with Android 12 maybe?
As @Juli3n has already mentioned, it is possible that some third-party apps still have compatibility problems with the One UI 4. Anyway, you can try to clear cache of the Google Play Store and Galaxy Store app, I hope that will help .
