Many users report similar issues with the American Express app not loading or getting stuck after reinstall, including problems accepting terms and conditions.
In most cases, it’s a login/session reset issue after reinstalling, where the app can’t properly reinitialize the account setup.
If the issue continues, it should be reported through Samsung Members so it can be checked.
