Alert when phone picked up not working on a55 5g

Hello recently i bought new a55 5g everything works fine no problems with features or anything except the alert when phone picked up feature , i dont get any vibration when i pick up the phone and i have messages that are not seen , i choosed default samsung message app but still no difference can anyone help me with this ?

Have you rebooted or restarted the phone recently. Sometimes just a reboot or restart can help with issues.
