60hz in some areas and choppy transitions

Anyone noticed the emoji section in chats looking like 60hz. 

Also, when we press and hold onto the screen, it looks like 60hz as it shows our options.

I've noticed when I get a pop up notification (using edge lighting) the screen drops to 60hz and lags

Yeah frames dropping a lot in the ui

They keyboard only works in 60hz to save battery, so scrolling through emojis will be in 60hz.

Yeah I've noticed that and the frames drop to 60 when certain apps are updating.
