Yet another problem, I'm unable to reset my APN settings. When trying to reset to default a few unfamilliar APN settings show for a second and then dissapear of providers unkown to me. They are foreign such as from USA, Israel and India, neither of these places I've ever been or have used any product of either provider of the APN.

Whenever I reset my APN settings again, the same thing happends.

My own provider told me its device related and should ask samsung.

Also, I cannot reset my phone to factory settings.
(Earlier topic: https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/overige-galaxy-s-series/can-t-acces-recovery-menu-s21-fe/td-p/97...)

So we're going in circles now..

Pdp failure causes me to have no option to reset the device with original OTA software. So I cannot use a factory reset as last result to try to fix the APN Issue.

The APN reset doesn't work properly so I cannot change network to fix the PDP error.

So its literally going in circles. Whats happening here?

Phone has been to service at Samsung Service where the guys "Suposedly" flashed the device with the right software (which took around 4 hours?) . Another time I went there for help they told me they couldn't help me because of a time limit, eventought I registered in the store and waited my turn. Sat around 5 minutes, explained the issues again and told me there was nothing he could do because he only could spend 20 minutes per client?

Phone has been send in for repairs through the retailer then to dynafix, that took around 16 days, which only made things worse.

Now only 2 months left on the contract with the provider.

I've used android and samsung practically my whole life and thats why this suprises me.

Never have been this let down, many things have happend because of this with alot of consequences...

Hallo @Galaxy_user_eu,

Can you provide us with a screenshot of the PDP failure and your full modelcode?

With kind regards,

Ajay

Also no MMI codes work, like "*#9900#". Errors like Unknown Application, connection problem or invalid MMI codes.
Also I cannot acces my FDN settings because I need a PIN2? Im only using one sim and no Esim neither,
Yet I see dualsim app running in the background.

Hallo @Galaxy_user_eu,

My collegue recommands to sunmit an error report via the Samsung Members-app to my colleagues of the R&D department. They can investigate this and when this can be resolved by an update this will be rolled out as soon as possible.

1. Reproduce the problem

2. Capture it on photo or video

3. Long press the Samsung Members icon on the Apps screen and tap Error Reports

4. Tap OK on the pop-up window for sending system log data

5. Select Symptom Category

6. Describe the problem in detail, attach necessary screenshots/photos/videos and then press send.

7. Also send an error report with the corresponding logs within 10 minutes after reproduction. When sending an error report, you should check the Send System Logs box. This way we get the logs.

Let us know if it works.

With kind regards,

Ajay
