I had some issues with my device and I restored an older backup. It then prompted me to sign back into my Samsung account, which I did.
However, I was still (partially) signed in, and I got the prompt to allow the sign in on the same device. This prompt closed the sign in page, so I had to sign back in. I tried this four times, and then I received a notice that my device has had too many accounts signed in, and I need to wait to december 28 before I can sign in again. Is there a way to unlock it now? I cannot wait that long, I need my data now.

Hi @the_sog, good afternoon.
Thank you for reaching out to us! Did you manage to unlock your phone? Do you also use SmartThings Find on your phone?
Kind regards,
Martijn

Before I forgot 1 letter in the password and had the same problem. Today I added the right password to my Samsung Health and have exactly the same problem for the second time and have to wait until 28 of January. So now I still cannot use it for a ridiculous amount of time. And NO, I'm not using SmartThings Find.
How can I fix it, because I'm afraid next month I have the same problem again?

Hallo @TI18 ,
Thank you for your message. I reached out to our Product Specialist for advice in your matter. Because of our safety protocol you can attempt to log-in again on 28-01-2023. For now other methods are not possible. We thank you for your patience.
With kind regards,
Ajay

So today I tried again. Logged in with second attempt got same message again. My account is blocked for another month. My definition of 'too many times' is somehow different from 'more then 1 time'. This safety protocol is just ridiculous and needs modernisation. In this way I'm not able to use my watch for what I bought it for. So from my sight I would definitely NOT recommend buying a Samsung watch.
