Bluetooth issues

Hello, can someone help solving major connectivity issue? my new S21 FE doesn't recognise quite some bluetooth devices, including pairing in car. Bluetooth function is on, netwprk reset done. Still it connects well to one Bluetooth speaker at home, but to another one not. Another day it was paired im the car, but only the telephony function, not the audio. 

Now, In the bar on top of the phone the Bluetooth sign does not show. When I swipe down, the symbol is well in blue. In settings too. What can be wrong here?

Thank you for reaching out to us! Is your phone up-2-date? And is the system of your car also up-2-date? Do you see the devices in the list for available Bluetooth devices? 

Do you also experience this when you have started your phone in Safe Mode? With the Safe Mode you start the device without installed third-party apps, the device then only boots with standard applications. Look here for information on how to start Safe Mode on your device: https://bit.ly/3gqindd
