VPN in secure folder

Ive always used a VPN in my secure folder to use with the other apps in my secure folder

Theres recently been an update and every VPN i try says it cant create a connection

My VPN still works completely fine on my app outside of the secure folder 

Is there any fix for this?

When you try vpn from within secure folder is the vpn outside disabled

Yeahh, ive even tried deleting the app outside of the secure folder, still doesnt work

I tried with nextdns and it activates but then nothing goes through and have to disable it to gain access. It might be by design

If it worked before and is not now then there must have been a change implemented to disable vpn connection from secure folder

Ive had another look, from what i can tell
Theres been a change to stop multiple VPNs running at once but the way theyve implemented it takes you to settings but the settings app isnt supported in the secure folder, it seems like they just havent taken the secure folder into account when making the change

You can try adding secure folder on split tunnelling. Where it wont have a vpn connection to it. It may vary depending on what provider your with.
