Unable to use pay plus

I am unable to use pay plus every time I go to use it. it declined my payment. Then have to use my bank card.

It all open up normally which makes me.tnink.it will work? 

How do I fix this?

Its not a Samsung issue its Curve. I've had this problem. Curve have put a limit on how much you can use your Samsung Pay+ until you send them further ID. Use the link somewhere in the Curve app to take a photo of your photo ID. Then 3 days later your payments will go through again.
