Can't Samsung made a phone that have secret camera(which user can hide it if he wants, can use it when he wants), and an external microphone. We know that, todays world is not secure, so we don't want to be listened or monitored. So external microphone idea is fine. It can be like SIM card, or SD cards. can be removed from or stick into its place. Normally we don't even use them. And camera is little more sensitive part, so it can be hidden inside of phone(or covered by something), when its needed can be useful.

So for security reasons i think this is very good. Many companies earn may be billions of dollars from it. And hackers can gain access to this assets. So please consider those things.

So if I've read that right, what you really want is to be able to use your camera without the subject of your photography or videography being aware you are using your camera?

Sounds dodgy to me and not something I would support. All this covert stuff is what causes an insecure world in the first place.

As far hackers getting access, do you really think hiding the canara will stop hackers getting to it?

It is software controlled so whether the hardware is visible or not is irrelevant.

A while back, some brands attempted pop-out cameras which could be pushed inside the phone. These failed quickly due to mechanical issues.

The external microphone would never work. You know how upset people would be if a phone had a microphone that was a separate dongle?

Sorry to say, but if you can't tell by the comments on your post, this isn't a realistic—maybe a tad paranoid—request that simply won't happen.
