Samsung S8: deleted 2 videos on S8 through my laptop and all pics got delected => recovery?

Hi!

I connected my  Samsung S8 to my laptop to copy 2 videos from my S8 to my laptop. After copying i deleted those 2 videos on S8 through my laptop instead of deleting the 2 videos on my S8 directly. Now all my pics&vids/entire Camera album disappeared/got deleted. I have no sync/or backup in my Google photo's and nothing is shown in my trash. I also tried using DiskDigger app but for a Full Scan of the internal memory it says Root Required.

Even FonePaw for Android and FoneLab for Android keep on referring to a root issue.

Does anyone have an idea if these deleted pics and vids can still be recovered. Thanks in advance!

Actually, there is no need to root your samsung s8 if you want to recover the deleted pictures and videos. If the deleted pictures and videos saved on sd card, you can try Android data recovery tool to scan your samsung s8. If they can be scanned out, you can recover them back.
