Samsung Apps operating on a Non-Samsung Smartphone.

I have a NEW smartphone that isn't Samsung and on Andriod 11. I have installed the Galaxy Wearable & Samsung Health apps and having difficulty pairing my Active Watch & Buds+ to the apps.

Is it due to it not being a Samsung product or is it the new Andriod 11 OS?

It's just stuck on this screen even though it is synced bluetooth and won't connect.

Hi @Cat2k1! That must be frustrating. Can you check that all software is up to date, please? This includes your phones software, your Buds and your watch. Also, please check the Wearables app is up to date too.

Samsung Wear and anything found when searching in play store samsung will be able to be downloaded onto your new non Samsung
