Hope I am in the correct place for my problem.
I have forgotten my secure folder password.
When I go to the SF app I press the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD tab and the message appears
TO RESET YOUR SECURE FOLDER LOCK SIGN INTO YOUR SAMSUNG ACCOUNT.
I have done this but cannot find any option to make a new password.
Hope someone can help with this.
