S7 Smarty network not being supported

Hi

I've just transferred to Smarty network but the SIM doee not work. I know it's not a network issue as my wife's card also Smarty does not work either. Any suggestions on what I could do?

Are both phones sim unlocked. Have you changed your APN settings to those of Smarty? Do you get an error message?

The S7 was locked but got it unlocked. it says Smarty so it seems to recognise it. My wife's phone is S20 and is unlocked

I think you need to create an account online with Smarty, from there you activate the sim. Have you done this?

Yes, did that first. Mobile data works just no calls . I think it's a faulty handset as the SIM works in my wife's phone but her SIM doesn't work in my phone either. going to do a factory reset. if that doesn't work, I think it's time to send the old S7 to phone Valhalla
