You can try some self help troubleshooting tips such as …
- Make sure you have enough internal storage capacity.
- Soft reboot by turning your phone Off and On.
- Settings, Apps, Camera , Force Stop and then relaunch the camera.
- Settings, Apps, Camera, Storage, Clear Cache and also Data if necessary.
- Dial *#0*# which brings up various tools to which Camera is one.
