I bought my s21 ultra in Jan 2021 as a pre order, and after 1 Yr moisture detected error message came up when I had it on the shelf, had it replaced my Samsung repair, and 1 month ago happened again but after 12hrs it was all back to normal, and now it happened again, I've done everything that samsung recommends and nothing works. 🤷🏼♀️ charged it wirelssly (thank goodness) when it charged (after 5hrs!) turned it on and the moisture droplet 💧 notification has gone and hasn't appeared for the last 7hrs, I have a booked (ANOTHER REPAIR).
I read quite a few comments on other S line devices, so I know I'm not the only one, and the guy that repaired last time said that it could be even dust! But COME ON! They build a strong material phone, but a spec of dust ruins it all???
Does anyone has any permanent results?
It's too expensive to buy a new one 🤷🏼♀️😔
