Hi all i own a s20fe my phones volume down button is broken but my phone is stuck in safe mode ,i factory reseted it but still in the mode i was wondering if anyone knows what to do thankyou .

To get out of safe mode, it's normally a case of turning phone off and on as normal. Or, clicking on exit safe mode from the notification panel.

If you've tried this and also done factory reset but still having the issue then I'd say call Samsung Support and review repair options.

Presumably you have tried the Power Button method; press and hold the Power Button ,tap power off and power again.
