I have only two preloaded ringtones on my A20e. How can I find or download more options?

I prefer to use zedge.com to get my ringtones @stephenthomas 

 

You can use the zedge app or access the site through your browser.

 

The ringtones are free and there's no subscriptions.

I cannot find any ringtones on my phone. I have a file that was installed from my last system, but I had to reset and clear my phone to get it working, I can no longer set up a ring tone. All it does is a series of beeps.
How do I restore my ringtone please?
