Hi all I'm just wondering if anyone else as an this problem some of my ring tones have disappeared the one I had as my ring tone as gone any help would be grateful thank you.
@jay4joanna ,hello, try a forced restart of your device: press and hold the volume + and volume - buttons for about 10 sec, until the phone restarts. Check. Greetings
