PIN not working after update Oct 1 2020

Did update and now it doesn't accept my PIN. I can hear a clicking sound from the phone. Have only 5 attempts left before factory reset!!!! 

Please help

Hi,

Thanks for posting!

Please sign into your Samsung Account on your computer. Then in Samsung's 'Find My Device', please reset all lock screen entry methods. This will disable the PIN, fingerprints, Iris and more.

IF YOU DO THIS:

Please note that if you do this, you will need to recreate all of your access methods again.

@shelly5: Further to the post by @PhoneHelperUK please find a link to Find My Mobile below, where you will be able to remotely unlock your phone.

Hi 

I tried but my device is not registered as per the website. I tried registering but it didn't work. I had to reset the whole phone.
