I have just transferred to a J7.   My device holds all my contacts and they are fine in the contacts list.  Outgoing calls are listed in my phone log BUT incoming calls are shown as number and various places in China  eg JiangxiJi’an and GuangxiBaise.  I have changed languages and restarted but nothing clears it.  Also on widgets they are all shown in Chinese text.  Why?
