My files password

I cant remember the password on my Samsung "My Files" to access my downloads. No option to reset, what can I do?

Are these downloads stored in your secure folder? Is that the password you've forgotten?

Not sure it's on the downloads bit of My Files on Samsung app

Are they compressed files?

Downloads doesn't have a password as far as I know, it's got to be in secured folder or third party app, would be my guess
