Missed call Icon on Lock screen S8

For some reason my phone (Galaxy S8) has stopped displaying missed calls on the lock screen or even on the app icon badge.

It all works in safe mode. Have cleared the cache and gone through all the technicals with team online. deleted a bunch of apps (some i never use and one new install) and that hasn't worked.

Any suggestions?

The fact that it works in safe mode means its a 3rd party app causing conflict so it means you will need to carry on with the process of elimination.

Apps that can cause issues like this are cleaning apps, sometimes security apps and launchers.
