Microhone notification

Everytime i get a call my phone announces ' unlock device microphone ' .  How do I turn it off ?

I have never heard this before, did you turn on something in accessibility?

What model phone you got? Version?

Yes it announces it out loud which is annoying . I keep my microphone phone off and I only turn it on when I get calls . I  don't know how to turn off the speech notifications for mucrophone

I do guess I did turn it on . But I have checked accessibility settings multiple times cant find to turn it off.
