I'm Niharikaa from India. I purchased my Samsung J610F (J6+) plus phone from Mumbai (India) in 2019. Now I'm in Dubai since 23 March 2021. But since I have inserted my new UAE sim card from etisalat company. The sim card is not working in my device Samsung J6+ & it's showing a regional difference. It's showing to enter a MCK Code. It's an emergency & I need to make calls. It's a really bad situation. I need help. Please help me as soon as possible.
