Issue: Samsung A70 static screen when turned on

Hi,

So I have the Samsung A70 phone and basically it took a light drop. After that the phone was unable to turn on. I did a search online and tried the forced restart but it restarts to a white screen speckled with colours, like a TV static.

Someone said that this was likely a issue with loose parts within the phone itself and suggested simply applying pressure to the back of the phone. Now I tried this and my phone did come back on but it only lasted for about two minutes.  After that it froze and died again.

Could anyone suggest possible solutions to this? Does this mean there is an issue with the internals or the LCD or is it just loose parts? Thanks

It's possible Yes that the accidental drop caused internal issues @Keevan 

A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre would be able to help however accidental damage isn't covered under the 24 month manufacturing warranty so they may levy a repair cost.

Or look at House Contents Insurance or some Bank Accounts cover phones as a perk of the account.

Excess fee's and T&C's would apply.
