I cant get in to my galexy a71 phone forgot password how do i reset pls

How many buttons on the left side on your phone ? 3 ? Then , keep pressed Volume + & Bixby button & power button for few seconds and then release the power button. Then go for "factory reset "

it won't let me in to my fone. I use fingerprint normally but now its asking for password which I cant remember

Shutdown your phone and press the buttons i have said above.

I,ve only got 2 buttons on right side, volume up and down and power off. I.ve tried restarting it but it comes up with password everytime

In fact , there are 3 buttons : volume + / volume - ( which may seem like 1 button , but they're 2 ) and the power button

- with phone on keep pressed power button until you see this
