How to prioritise the notifications??

In the notification bar how to bring missed call alerts or messages on top?? Except all the rest of the unimportant notifications? 

I wanna see all of them  but have the most important ones on top so as soon as we slide the notification bar down we don't miss out of urgent calls or important but missed messages ??
