I was hacked in night of global outage &full device compromised so dud like 2c if poss w put new sum in &factory reset 2 make mobi safe as in6a technophobe^m&hit&hope lol plz help a stressed out mum as got emailmsng fb &called on watts app so anseerdc thinking was my mum as only person ever 2 call me on Watts APP as meant 2b safe 4 pics of my we bit I feel violated 2bh

Can you get the phone to a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre as they'll have the required software to get your phone back up and running.

In the meantime keep away from using any Internet Banking and similar apps until your confident your phone is secure to use.
