We are a MNO and we are about to launch VoLTE, unfortunately our carrier is not added to the android system yet.
We have a few enquiries:
1- Do Samsung get new carriers (MNO and MVNO)s from AOSP CarrierID List?
2- Do Samsung use Carrier Services application to get configs about the carriers?
3- Do Samsung get new carriers and configs from GSMA NSX? (We are already registered with GSMA, and Samsung had downloaded our configs, unfortunately I don't see VoLTE enabled yet)
4- If Samsung doesn't use carrier services, then how can we request our carrier ID and configs to be added?
