Don't think you can. You could disconnect your Internet, but then your game will not work.

You could enable do not disturb.

Go to settings , select notifaction an then select DO NOT DISTURB option, however you will not get any notification an or phone calls or message notification , was this helpful..?

@Amzino: While this offers a similar effect to the suggested Do not disturb option, you can also open Game Launcher > More (3 lines in the bottom right) > Game Booster > Block during game > Notifications.
