Hi @Osberna , I've moved your post to give it it's own thread.
Try Settings > Sounds and vibration > System sound, and then switch the toggle for 'Dialling keypad' to off. (If it's the keyboard you're wanting to turn the sound off for, then do it for 'Samsung Keyboard'.) Let us know if this is what you're wanting to do and if it sorts it for you.
