First thing to do is change your passwords
If you don't have already, setup two factor authentication on any of your accounts
You don't say why you think you have an issue.
But usually issues arise when you open a link from an email. Sometimes if they look like they come from someone you know
I always double check the email addresses to make sure they come from where I expect

Signs of hacking would generally include slow performance (not always conclusive  but in some instances can be malicious software), unexpected Data useage and big Battery Drain, strange pop up/ads-ie changed settings, unfamiliar apps or messages.

other than being careful with links (some can be malicious), it is  safer within the Galaxy and play stores, rooting should certainly be avoided.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

hello James unfortunately I am facing a major hacking/ takeover to where my phone has been cloned parent apps have been set on my accounts. A network unlocked has been installed into my account. My emails 2 of my eSIMs taken literally. Poof disappear I’m not able to call for help ever they made it to where they have my new phone number linked to their phone so all my messages are linked . I don’t know how to undo it all
