Galaxy S8 update ( when ?)

I've read there's an update for the S8 but Samsung support don't know anything about it! Does anyone know if it's due for the UK anytime soon? Thanks

No idea but if you look here Download Samsung Galaxy S8 SM-G9508 firmware (sammobile.com)

you can see something started to roll out just before Christmas so it may not be long.

Thankyou, yes I saw that and wondered if anyone else knew anything more, I found it strange that Samsung support couldn't help and therefore the story was somehow false !

G9508 is China Telecom Galaxy S8 Snapdragon, so that firmware cannot be installed on any S8 model unless you have G9508.

I am aware but the purpose was to support the fact there is a further update was likely.
