I understand that the Indian version of the Samsung M51 received an update in December 2020 which upgraded the OS to One Ui 2.5 and added Secure Folders; the update had build # M515FXXU1BTK4

Will this update, and specifically Secure Folders, ever be made available to versions outside of India? if not, why on Earth not?
Is there a way to flash the Indian software onto an M51 bought in Europe?
Is there another way to sideload / install Secure Folders? I tried to download and install the apk manually but it wouldn't work.
