When will the one UI 3.1 update available to the note 10 plus in the UK?

I'm pretty sure its already available. Came with the March security patch.

because my last update is saying it was Feb have had no updates or notifications since 😒

Yeah it is available. They say if the update doesn't show on your phone, then plug it into computer. And use the Samsung smart switch app.

Before plugging it up to computer. Try wiping phones cache partition. And a soft reset. If it still won't show up in the software update on phone, then try smart switch.
