FREQUENT 5G SIGNAL LOSS GALAXY M34 5G

I am using Galaxy M34 5g since last 3 months. There is one issue I am facing on daily basis. It is 5g signal loss. Many of you might be experiencing the same, but my situation is bit different. The phone works absolutely fine only in 4g network. But in 5g network mode, suddenly the signal is lost, and whatever you do it doesn't come unless I restart my phone. And when I said signal is lost, it means you can't connect to the network unless you restart the phone. Then I did resetting  the network setting, flight mode on & off, but no nothing happens. Then I inserted a separate 5g sim in the phone. Same issue happens again. It means whatever sim(different network providers) I insert, the 5g network keeps getting lost and eventually the whole network is dead. Then again restart the phone. So it keeps happening many times a day. and the same sims are working fine in different 5g phones. SO IS THERE ANYONE WHO IS FACING THE SAME ISSUE OR IS IT ONLY ME??? PLS REPLY SOMEONE. I AM REALLY FRUSTRATED.

5G is still very much a new type of connection and can be a little patchy for connection. 

I assume if the sim is placed in another 5G sim then the connection of 5G is stable ? 🤔 

The phone should auto switch to connect to the best signal available. 

I know people with dual sim phone's have switched the sim card to the alternative sim card which has helped and or reset the network settings in the General Management section under reset.

Well as I said, I have explored every possible way to resolve the issue. I have other 5g phones in my house, they all are working great with superb 5g speed. I swapped my sim cards with other 5g phones, they are working great. But only with my phone this problem is happening. Earlier I thought may be my sim is damaged, so I got new sim cards. And one more thing, when the signal is lost, you can't even connect to 4g network. YOU HAVE TO RESTART IT. No matter whatever I do(Network mode automatic, network resetting), it won't connect to any network unless I restart this ***** thing. I guess SAMSUNG has given me a big big SURPIRISE in the form this GALAXY M34 5G. I AM ALREADY SEEING THE GALAXY OF SAMSUNG.

I suggest you sell your this Galaxy , and go for One Plus Nord CE4 or any One Plus Phones. I also did the same. Because it will become headache for you to restart it every time. and there is no other solution. If you go to service centre , that also won't help you much.

Exact same issue for me too.  This happens to me when I am on the move and cross an area where the network is extremely poor.  When this happens I get a striked out circle on signal bar placeholder.  Then no incoming/outgoing calls or internet until a reboot.  Seems to be a bug in M34, that Samsung should address.

Yes me too is facing this issue. I bought this 2 days ago and it's really annoying that only solution I have is I need to restart my phone I'm returning this phone very bad impression

Good decision. According to me, presently ONE PLUS (any model) phones are the best phone in the market. They are economy, and no issues, nothing. So you can also consider ONE PLUS.

"striked out circle on signal bar placeholder", exactly this happened with mine too. I used the M34 for around 6 months, an this became a daily issue. Thankfully, I got good exchange offer from ONE PLUS and bought a ONE PLUS NORD CE4.
